Single sessions are $100/hr. Sessions missed or cancelled within 12 hours of appointment time will incur a $25 fee via the payment method. All sessions must be completed within 4 months of the date of this purchasing contract, or they will be forfeited and any remaining balance will be charged. Purchases are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER: Coaching is a powerful tool that welcomes your whole being into this space: past,
present, and future. I am not, however, a licensed psychotherapist. I am an accredited
Life Coach. Much of the work that one would do in a traditional psychotherapy session
is outside the scope of what I can and will offer, both morally, and legally. Therapy is a
wonderful resource and the right dynamics can serve to heal even the heaviest
wounds or medical conditions.
And, while coaching certainly brings in aspects of unpacking/soothing deep hurts,
there is a big difference in both the methodology and accreditation. Should either of
us feel your needs would be better served in the space of therapy, it will be vocalized
and acted upon with transparency and integrity. Otherwise, please note I am not
responsible for the diagnosis or treatment of any mental illness. With this agreement,
your consent for Life Coaching is given freely and voluntarily, and not under duress
or a misrepresentation of facts. All parties fully understand all the risks and benefits
associated with working together, and you (purchaser) assume all risk in totality
You are aware and agree that by executing this waiver and release, you are giving up
your right to bring any legal action or assert a claim against Coach (Tricia Fell) for
perceived negligence, or for any product used while receiving coaching from me. You
have read and voluntarily signed the waiver and release and further agree that no
oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written
agreement have been made.
